Impact and cutting effect to grinded materials shall be reinforced by interlaced array of Tungsten Carbide pegs on the internal surface of grinding chamber and external surface of rotator. Thus, the grinding effect to grinded materials shall be enhanced.
Conical grinding chamber is made of wearable material, in which bead filling coefficient adjusting mechanism and agitator with Tungsten Carbide pegs are fixed. It is applicable for grinding and dispersing materials of medium/ high viscosity. The output will be of high quality.
Application
It is applicable for processing of offset printing ink, fluorescent ink, concentrated ink, UV ink, rotogravure ink, letterpress ink, and other medium/ high viscous materials.
